The
1st International Wildlife Animal & Environment Film festival of
Odisha & 3rd International Children Film Festival 2017 will be
staged on 14th November 2017 at Balangir. On the day films of various
languages will be shown. On the day of the programme a seminar &
Photography will be conducted. At many children or general public will
be invited to the programme. A souvenir will be published containing
messages of eminent personalities and articles.
Objectives:
• To provide a platform to children for watching good films and interact with each other
• To conduct seminars and symposium on cinema
• To encourage production of quality film
• To conduct various competition among children
• To invite eminent personalities on cinema and other arts
• To host the festival on various places every year
• To conduct any other activities for development of cinema and other arts.
Rules & Terms
- Wildlife Animal & Environment related Comedy film should be submit.
- Also you May submit the Short & Documentary Film On Environment
- Children Short Film & Comedy Films should be Submit.
- Short film on women empowerment should be submit.
- short film on diabetes & Blood donation categories film should be submit.
- We don't accept any Animation Film and above 45 min. duration Film.
- The Film Should be in HD Format
- The time bound of film should be 5 minutes to 45 minutes
- Subtitle must be required, without subtitle the film should be cancelled.
- Vulgarities seen or pictures in the film should not be allowed
- The film will be view to the public after the selection from the jury members.
