You are well aware that 150 years of Gandhiji’s birth will be celebrated soon and it becomes necessary that the new generation must be apprised about him and his principles. This remains the inspiration and the reason for organizing GANDHI PANORAMA: International Festival of Films on Gandhiji and his principles.
We have already organized nine editions of GANDHI PANORAMA in different cities of India, BHOPAL, SEWAGRAM, PATNA, MOTIHARI, BETIA, MUJAFFARNAGAR, GAYA & HAJIPUR in association with various state governments.
We screened films, from 11 countries, based on Gandhiji and his principles. Films were shown free. In all these festivals either the Chief Minister or Governor had presided the function. There is no entry fee for film submission and as well as viewing, so that everyone can see, to get inspiration. We wish to take this festival to prominent cities of the world.

Asian Film Centre Global Fest, Bangalore- 5th June 2017
Asian Film Centre Global Fest is an annual event designing to
spot filmmaking talent and matching them with international sales
agents. AFC Global Fest is a bridge between independent filmmakers and
international sales agents. This year we are expecting 1000+ delegates
to attend the fest.
With substantial revenue (sometimes well above 50 percent) coming
from exploitation outside of a film’s home country, it is vital that
producers should target and then structure deals with foreign sales
agents.
What is an international sales agent?
An international sales agent is the conduit to your film’s distribution outside of its country of origin. The sales agent will acquire a set of rights from you, pitch and sell these distribution rights to potential distributors around the world, draft distribution agreements, deliver the physical and electronic materials of your film to these distributors and, finally, collect and pay the revenue due to you. An international agent will be your partner for years, helping craft the commercial life of your film on the world stage.
What is an independent cinema?
“independent cinema” as film outside the established system of filmmaking. Probably even more widely, beyond the established system of values: the experimental, low-budget, underground, various new wave, and so on.
Why you should submit to AFC Global Fest?
Because it is path-breaking, one of its kind event. Asia is the biggest film market of the world, e.g. Chinese film market and the Indian Film market. This is your chance to show your presence in Asia. As the submission is free you can always take a chance.

The Auroville Film Festival: Call for entries - 15 June 2017
The Auroville Film Festival is a biennial film festival that
started in 2009 and established itself as a success with editions in
2011, 2013 and 2015. It is a central contribution to the cultural life
in Auroville, an international township in the making in South India.
The aim of the Auroville Film Festival is to connect with people and cultures within and beyond Auroville and to further the aspiration of human unity by showcasing films that develop the theme of human unity. We feature films that are created in and around Auroville, as well as international films that explore the theme of human unity.
Films are screened in the 3 Auroville related categories
- Films made by Aurovilians, bioregion residents or guests of Auroville
- Films made about Auroville / bioregion
- Films made by students of Auroville / bioregion
and the international category
- Films that develop the theme of Human Unity
Our unique structure allows us to incorporate local participation in the screening of films, the creation of art installations, the creation of posters, and other festive activities. With three screening venues, including one outdoor venue, outdoor music performances in the evenings, a food court, a discussion area and by showing films made by local filmmakers twice, we attract large audiences and enable an exciting festival ambience.
according to the spirit of Auroville: No entry fees. No submission fees.
